Dialogue Circle

Dialogue Circle

Wow…. This is hard. It’s been a while since I’ve posted on my blog! Sorry for the delay (although I’m sure no one is checking my blog regularly). So, I guess I should catch up.

A few weeks back we did a dialogue circle – essentially it was our professors checking in on us to see where we are at one a scale of 1-5. I learned a lot about my classmates during this class… and I realized that we really are all in this together. It seemed as though everyone was at the same level of stress… we are all in the same number of classes.

A dialogue circle is a gathering of participants (I’m sure it is usually a circle, as the name indicates – but because we are on Zoom it was a free for all). It was facilitated by Valerie and Luke and encouraged an open dialogue between all of us. I have to say, it sure is nice how often Valerie checks in on us as a class.

On Fridays I have one class, and it is this one. So it was nice to start and end the day on an encouraging note.
